Tracking says delivered
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, please check around your property or with neighbors first. If you still cannot locate it, contact our support team and we will assist you.
Returns Policy
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within our return period. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened nicotine pouch products cannot be returned. Please contact us if you need help with a return request.
My order status is unfulfilled
An “unfulfilled” status means your order has been received and is currently being prepared for dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
